Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies. Coverage and approval vary by provider and plan. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client.

A valid credit card is required to book appointments online. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is kept securely on file and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a missed appointment.

Genevieve does not treat or accept ICBC or WCB clients.
